Swim and Dive Programs

Swim and Dive for ages 5 to 12
This class includes swimming and diving lessons combined into one! It will provide the opportunity for children as young as five years old to improve swimming skills, stretches, exercises, safety rules, individual strokes, and learn about the basic springboard diving skills before joining a team.

Swim & Dive Registration

To Participate in the Atlantic Diving Team, Swim N Dive program, all participants are required to join AAU diving as well as to fill out our registration document shown below. Please download our PDF registration form and fill-out the forms complete with signature.

STEP 1 - REQUIRED INSURANCE

All participants must be a registered member of AAU Diving. These are secondary insurance coverages. This secondary insurance covers Swim N dive practices including both the dive well and dryland facility training. This coverage only takes effect after your primary insurance and deductibles are paid. Please read each organization’s descriptions for more information on specific coverages.

Membership (September 1 - August 31)

Please sign up for AAU Membership online. You may want to print this information first and then follow the directions. This allows your child/diver to practice & compete in AAU meets and provides additional, required, insurance for your child/diver. Cost for membership is $16.00.

•  Go online to www.diveaau.org
•  Click the "JOIN AAU NOW" on the medal ribbon
•  Click the "JOIN NOW" - Athlete Category
•  Fill out Athlete information
•  Choose "Youth Program"
•  Membership Term: 1, 2 or 3 years - MUST select "Extended Coverage Membership" 
•  Under sport: choose DI-Diving
•  AAU club name is ATLANTIC DIVING TEAM
•  Club Code: W37657
•  Click continue: pay by credit card online
•  You’ll receive a copy of diver’s membership online and via e-mail.

Please email us a copy of your AAU membership (see above). Please note that your child/diver will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE in practice without an AAU Extended Coverage Membership.

STEP 2 - RREGISTRATION FORM

Below is our Swim N Dive Registration form that is required to participate in the Atlantic Diving Team Swim N Dive program. Please print, fill out registration form and bring to your first session. Click on the Download Registration Form button bellow to register with ADT Swim N Dive.
