Summer Workout

The Atlantic Diving Team offers all athletes the opportunity to engage in Single or Double practice sessions throughout the summer program. Practices for our Learn To Dive athletes are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while the JO3 Novice, JO4 Intermediate, and Junior Elite Teams can train from Monday to Friday. Parents and athletes can choose from 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x sessions per week.

Single Practice

All athletes in the Learn to Dive, JO3 Novice, and JO4 Intermediate programs scheduled for our single practice will be assigned morning sessions. Junior Elite Team will be assigned afternoon sessions. Athletes and their parents can select the number of days they wish to attend each month in advance. Please refer to the summer schedule below for details.

Learn to Dive

• Mon, Wed or Fri --from-- 10:00AM to 11:00AM

Monthly Cost:
$100 (2x per week) | $150 (3x per week)

Additional Siblings:
$80 (2x per week) | $120 (3x per week)

JO3 Novice (Beginning Group)

• Mon, Wed & Fri --from-- 10:00AM to 11:30PM

Monthly Cost:
$175 (3x per week)

Additional Siblings:
$140 (3x per week)

JO4 Intermediate Group

• Mon, Wed & Fri --from-- 10:00AM to 12:00PM
• Tue & Thu --from-- 5:00PM to 7:00PM

Monthly Cost:
$200 (3x per week) | $250 (4x per week) | $300 (5x per week)

Additional Siblings:
$160 (3x per week) | $200 (4x per week) | $240 (5x per week)

Junior Elite Team

• Mon, Wed & Fri --from-- 1:00PM - 3:00PM
• Tue & Thu --from-- 5:00PM to 7:00PM

Monthly Cost:
$200 (3x per week) | $250 (4x per week) | $300 (5x per week) | $350 (6x per week)

Additional Siblings:
$160 (3x per week) | $200 (4x per week) | $240 (5x per week) | $280 (6x per week)

Double Practice

All Junior Team athletes scheduled for double practice will attend both morning and afternoon workouts. Parents and athletes can decide how many days they wish to participate each month in advance. Please refer to the summer schedule below.

JO4 Intermediate Group
